Right now Resty phone at their house don't have a dial tone. They can't receive ingoing and they can't call either, their internet is also down. This all started yesterday morning at around I don't know when. Yesterday when I called their house for how many times but no one answered, so I thought that they all went out or something. But when I was already at work, Resty just texted me in my cellular phone telling me that their land line is down and also they don't have an internet. She asked me a favor to tell Manang about it because she might be expecting Resty to be online.
I know how it feels when your phone is down and there's no internet, because I experienced it too a long time ago. I don't have work during those days, so I focus my time in playing RF Online. When there were no internet for more than a week, I feel really frustrated because I want to play but I just cant. There was nothing to do so all I did was sleep, watch movies and eat. Oh what a life. I just hope that what I experienced will not happen to Resty. Because I know how much it means to them having an internet. I already called the customer services to inform them of the problem, I just hope it will be fix as soon as possible.

Thanks for letting me know. I did call the house and all it did was ring and ring. I hope they get it fixed kay I know mama will surely miss seeing Frankie through the webcam and hearing his voice. Take Care!
I had the same problem in my landline and internet and it was for months. can you imagine that? I was so upset,I did complains via telephone(neighbor's phone) headed to their office and even made a sign campaign, but all worthless 'till Friday pm. Such a long wait for me and the rest of the subscriber in my area. Wishing you get your connections soon.
